Meet Jessica Bealer, Our New Director of Family Ministries

We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our church consulting services to include Family Ministry, and we are especially pleased that Jessica Bealer has joined the Generis team as the Director of Family Ministry Services. Jessica brings a rich background of 18 years ministry experience, most recently serving at Elevation Church as the Global Children’s Director, overseeing systems, standards, strategy, staffing and atmosphere. She has also overseen the launch of nearly 20 locations and is considered an expert in KidMin and multisite.

As we consult with churches on issues of accelerating generosity to meet their God-inspired vision, we frequently discuss how to improve engagement of kids, students and parents. When families connect with the church, they begin to experience the blessings that accompany generosity and community. With Jessica on the team, we are now equipped to assist churches develop an effective strategy to do just that.

Jessica Bealer has both worked in and consulted with churches of every size, season, and denomination. As a Generis Consultant, her skill set is now available to you.
