Send Your Best-Ever Annual Giving Statement

Oct 29, 2021   |    3 min read

Annual giving statements are not only an IRS requirement, they are an opportunity to express gratitude in a creative way. You can take your statements from dry and drab to inspiring and innovative, all while letting your givers know of the incredible impact they had.

Most nonprofit organizations miss the mark with these statements. They often decide to send out something that looks like a tax receipt that is purely transactional instead of sending an inspiring thank-you letter that can be transforming.

In this video Senior Generosity Strategist, Jennifer Perrow outlines a few ideas to help your send your best ever annual giving statement.

As a bonus, our team has created a downloadable infographic template to help you get started with your best annual giving statement.

Download Template - InDesign File     Download Sample - PDF File

Please note, the InDesign Template File is only compatible with the Adobe InDesign. Users with Adobe InDesign will be able to download the editable file that can be updated with your organization's unique information.

If you do not have Adobe InDesign, we recommend downloading the PDF sample to use as a guide as you create your own infographic.

Canva also provides an infographic generator service - check it out.
